Celtic Quilt Tours, LLC is a US based company founded by Debbi Cagney (Houston, TX USA) and Kim Caskey (Edmonton, AB Canada). The company was founded in 2013 after returning from hosting separate quilt tours for another company. Following those tours in 2013, we formed Celtic Quilt Tours, LLC and began offering worldwide, real quilt shop tour experiences for quilters.
Looking to work with top travel industry experts, Celtic Quilt Tours teamed up with Journeys Connect and Kerry Coaches. Journeys Connect has over 25 years experience in the travel industry and Kerry Coaches is the premier coach company in Ireland. Working closely with these companies has allowed us to offer quilt and textile tours throughout Ireland, Scotland, France, Iceland, Canada, Wales, England, and Japan, with new tours scheduled in 2022 to Newfoundland, Canada and Prague & Vienna.

A transplant to Texas in the late 90's, Debbi spent most of her life living between New York City and Northern New Jersey. A life-long sewing and crafting enthusiast, Debbi began quilting in 2011 and won her first ribbon in 2013. She is a quilt class enthusiast, enjoying classes in techniques and patterns.
