Tour Payments:
- Visa and MasterCard charge cards are acceptable forms of payment
- AMA Travel does not accept American Express, Discover, checks, or wire transfers for payments (Newfoundland Tour). Tour payments are in CA$
- No-fee payment plans are listed on tour Registration Forms
- Your first payment, due December 1, 2023, includes your $500 per person deposit
- Your full and final payment is due March 1, 2023

- Payments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file
- Should the minimum number of travelers not be reached, your payments will be fully refunded
- Unless your tour does not meet the minimum number of travelers and is cancelled by Celtic Quilt Tours, deposits and payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchase of Trip Insurance.
- Travelers on the Newfoundland Tour, handled by AMA Travel, have the option of purchasing land tour insurance through AMA Travel - applies to Alberta, Canada residents only.
- The insurance premium must be paid when you submit your first payment to ensure any pre-existing conditions will be covered should you need to cancel your tour or utilize your insurance while on tour
- Pre-Tour Hotel Insurance will be charged when you submit your first payment and land tour options
- If you live outside of covered insurance areas, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance through a local company. This may ensure your pre-existing conditions are covered and in many cases, you must purchase your travel insurance prior to making the deposit for your requested tour.
- The safety and comfort of our guests is our first concern. We have worked diligently with our Tour Operator to give you the peace of mind you expect. However, there is no way to eliminate all possible risks while traveling and Celtic Quilt Tours, LLC and AMA Travel/Anderson Vacations therefore cannot assume liability in the unlikely event you contract COVID-19. Please see the Health & Safety Waiver for details.
- In order to have the best experience from your travels with us, and to keep up with the group, a reasonable level of fitness is required. You will need to be able to walk at a gentle pace for a few hours each day; use combined shower/bath facilities (it is impossible to guarantee walk-in shower facilities at each hotel); navigate and manage using stairs, walking over cobblestones and other uneven surfaces; stand for long periods in museums and other sites; embark/disembark coaches, trains, and other methods of transportation without assistance; handle your own luggage.
- Celtic Quilt Tours reserves the right to not accept or retain as a tour participant, any person whose physical and/or mental condition or general deportment impedes the operation of the tour or affects the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other tour participants, or for any other reason. If a person is required to leave a tour, it shall be considered an unused portion and non-refundable, and they will be responsible for all expenses to return home, including any rebooking fees by airlines and/or suppliers.
- The 2023 Newfoundland Tour is a private group journey, based on a minimum number of participants to operate. Rates quoted are in Canadian dollars per person based on either double or single occupancy. Hotels are subject to change. Depending on weather conditions and circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary is subject to change.
- Payment of the tour package constitutes consent to all Legal policies and terms and conditions described here. Neither the Operator, Celtic Quilt Tours, Tour Hosts, nor any mentioned or unmentioned sub-agents/affiliates shall be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier, public transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organization, whether or not such company is rendering any services supplied on the tour.
- All tickets and vouchers are issued and supplied subject to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which transportation and services are provided. The Tour Operator and Tour Hosts accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or missed connections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses.
- To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend you purchase the optional travel protection plan offered with each booking. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departure and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect published prices.
